Let me tell you a Personal Story 

I am a shopkeeper and a very young kid came to my shop to buy snacks and candy. 

He gave me 50 rupees and bought a snack of 10 rupees and candies for 10 rupees.

After buying he just ran away without getting the rest of 30 rupees. 

He came back after some time to buy something else

and at that point I gave him back his 30 rupees. I was very satisfied.
